Think Twice Before You Buy: Our Regretful Experience with Midhas Furniture
If youre in the market for new furniture and considering Midhas in Mississauga, Id like to share our regrettable experience to help you make an informed decision.
When we met Mr. Maan, the store manager, he came across as very personable.
However, his affable nature didnt translate into helpful customer service when we actually needed it.
We were drawn in by the attractive prices and the digital images of furniture that weren't available for viewing in the store. Unfortunately, we werent informed that the quality of these items would be significantly lower than those on display.
Our troubles began with the first delivery. It was not only late, arriving at 10 PM, but also recklessthe delivery team nearly backed their truck into our landscape rocks. During the process, they asked for water several times, which seemed to be a diversion from the damage they causedby the next morning, we discovered a crack in our sidelight glass.
Midhas response? They denied responsibility and insisted on video proof, which we didnt have.
A month later, with the second sets arrival, we decided to record the delivery. The team protested, concerned about their privacy, even though we needed the footage for potential evidence, as requested by Midhas. Although they avoided any damage, the furnitures poor quality was undeniable.
It didnt match the value or the expectations set by the store. And to our dismay, we learned that Midhas enforces a strict no-return policy.
In light of these issueslate deliveries, potential property damage, subpar furniture quality, and an unaccommodating return policyI recommend considering other stores for your furniture needs.

Worst customer service, bought a sofa set & coffee table. Don’t know about fair prices as we didn’t visited any other place (my fault) trusted then booked the above 2 things & wanted to buy a dinning table which we choose and told them that we will buy soon.
we didn’t like any display pieces of Coffee table but the sales representative showed us on monitor and we chose. After getting our stuff, we didn’t like the size of the table (looked too small) right I away I called & have been told that she will give me a call back but didn’t received any call that evening I called back at 8pm they said she left then again next morning I called they said she is busy ( I understand sales rep are busy but at least have the courtesy to call back your customer where you know we gonna buy a lot in future too) at last I got hold of her & explained her she started arguing how it’s my choice and all but I said We received yesterday evening & the stuff is still new we haven’t used and I don’t want any refund, I just want to exchange which she showed at the showroom (I didn’t like that one either but it was better than what I got, so I was kinda already compromising with my coffee table) but then some Mr.
took the phone and was so rude and blunt told me to buy a new one and put the one I received on Kijiji if I dislike it.
Such a worst customer service. And insulted their customer even after knowing that we have chosen the dinning table & will buy soon.
I think they don’t need customers and if they do need then have to learn etiquette and courtesy.

I ordered sectional sofas for my basement. At the time of delivery I realised that it was over the side of my L shape basement.
Certainly it was my mistake as I did not mention basement or any size at the time of placing the order. We parked the sofa's in the garage and the next day i went to the store and met Mr.
Pawan Midha. I was extremely happy the way he resolved the issue and did not let me feel for a second that it was my mistake.
Strongly recommended.

I literally had a bad experience, its a broad day light robbery. These people don’t have any ethics, in my case damaged sofa pieces were delivered after almost 4 months and then when we reported a complaint then it was a total NO care attitude and was told to wait till December to get new sofas, when I refused to wait for another 4 months and asked for the refund instead then they charged 80 dollar delivery charges, because they are holding on your money they basically take you for a ride.
His owner himself doesn’t have guts how he should be talking to customers.
I would never ever recommend anyone to visit them and be defrauded! They are dealing in cash without receipts too and it requires serious attention
